We recognize that some members prefer to pay less up front and get an air-to-air system instead of a ground source unit. That is why we offer new electric Westinghouse forced air systems.

You can be sure...if its Westinghouse. These air-to-air units are 12 Seer extra high efficiency and will bring our members peace of mind with an eight-year warranty on all parts and a ten-year warranty on the compressor. A 10 seer can also be purchased with slightly less efficiency and a different warranty package.

A ten-year warranty package can be purchased from your co-op on the Westinghouse 12 seer which covers ten-years on all parts, compressor and labor.

These Westinghouse units have a fully insulated cabinet and muffler for whisper-quiet operation, plug-in wire connections, filter panel with easy access, breaker accessibility from the front of unit, plastic drain pan and multi-speed motor for easy adjustments. This unit also offers a time-temperature defrost feature to meet any type of climate, durable full-metal cabinet to protect coils from weather damage and a permanently lubricated motor delivers long-lasting reliability and quiet operation.

Loans are available
Members with good credit history may borrow the full cost of a new heating and cooling systems from the co-op. The current rates are 7% for Air-to-Air Heat Pumps. Terms are for five years and payments will appear on members electric bills for easy pay back.
