Members may view their monthly bill through our website here.  We offer our members a number of ways to pay their monthly electric bills.

  • By Phone

  • Online by Check or Credit/Debit Card

  • Bank Draft/Auto Pay

 

We also offer an Average Billing plan.  Details about Average Billing option are included below.

Payments can be accepted at both the Marietta and Kingston Offices.  Both offices accept cash, check, and credit/debit cards (Visa, Discover, or MasterCard).

Call the Marietta office 580-276-3364, the Kingston office 580-564-1800, or toll-free 1-800-749-3364 during normal business hours M-F 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM.  Checks or credit/debit cards are accepted for phone payments.

Payments made through our website are applied to your account within 20 mins from 7 AM to 6 PM.  Payments made after this deadline will be applied to your account the following day.   You can also select this option to view you bill history, payment history, or usage charts.  


Online payments made after 6 PM CST of the due date will be posted the following day and are considered late.  Late payments are subject to a 1.5% late penalty.

REA offers one way that is sure to take the hassle out of writing a check for the monthly electric bill.  Payment for electric service can be automatically drafted from a member's checking account or credit/debit card upon request.  Members can sign up for Bank Draft/Auto pay through our online payment portal SmartHub.
